They just keep deleting my posts!?!?

When I try to post a complaint about them on the bbb.org I get:

"The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."

I have a youtube video that is soon to be posted, where I demonstrate to one of their employees at the (http://www.excalibur.com) what a scam they are pulling. But this time, I show him how a magic calculator makes you stronger and gives you better balance. Even after all of that, he still refuses to refund the money! It doesn't make you stronger. I couldn't do more push-ups than I have ever done before.
